WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN CUSTOM ORDER
We are delighted to help create a piece that makes you feel special. Write us an email to houseofjealouxy@gmail.com describing your custom order. Please include:
- Your desired style/design.
- Your desired materials
- Provide at least 3 photos of your idea/desire style OR a product photo, link to
product page
Once we have received your email, we will reply to confirm. Production of your custom piece will not begin until we receive a 50% deposit of the
Prices for custom orders will be determined upon consultation. Costs vary depending on materials and complexity of the design.
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE
Please allow at least 2 - 4 weeks to complete your custom order. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of your piece. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and do our best to complete it as quickly as possible.
